Afm Safecoat Polyureseal Bp Satin Finish, Clear 32 Oz. Can 1/Case

I'm a little upset that I ordered Satin and they sent me Matte. Since I don't have time and need to finish my project in two days so I can stop taking room in the garage and move the cars in and before my family and I leave for a one week vacation, I have no other choice but to use it. It's very thin as everyone described but I used it in my paint sprayer and the first coat laid nicely. I'm going to wait the 4 hours before I sand and apply the second coat. I hope to be able to do at least 4 coats before I leave waiting 4 hours each time. I'm rating the seller a 0 and 3 is to make up for the actual product.

I was really sceptical as to whether or not this earth friendly option was going to work for my needs. I used it to coat a large white bookcase I built for my daughter. This stuff dries hard. Really hard! Two coats on the pine bookcase and now it feels like oak. Did not yellow at all. If you are worried about coverage....don't. Also, after two coats within 30 minutes, it was ready for a third just an hour later although it didn't need it. I didn't use it on a floor, but I would definetly choose this coating if I had the $$$ for an entire floor. Best thing, don't have to worry about passing out from vapors. Get it. It's worth the $.

Resealing my interior wood, baseboards , doors all wood, windows wood inside, casement by Anderson. Used Afm Safecoat when house was built 10 years ago and all wood is in perfect condition and ready to go another 10 years or better without my family having to worry about off gassing VOC. I even used their paint and stains on everything in my house and never suffered from odors.

This product looks great. I used it on new cedar walls in my cabin bathroom. Product is very thin and watery, but covers well and doesn't look like there is anything on the wood at all. Seems to work very well as a sealant. I used one of their other products on my exposed brick wall and am delight with the results- no dust, and looks natural.

It's really expensive but it goes on perfectly and the fumes are extremely minimal. I've bought it twice.

Worked great, just wish it was more reasonably priced.

Probably the only good sealer that doesn't make me sick from toxic fumes. Been using it successfully for many years.

Excellent product: applies smoothly with minimum VOCs.
