5 stars for the flavor alone. I’m sure the fiber and probiotics are fine but I drink this because it’s the only berry flavored thing that doesn’t gross me out. Mix It with real lemon lemonade packets and you have yourself a fantastic beverage.

I have to say this product keeps me regular and smooth bathroom visits. When I feel at all constipated I use this and within a day all's well that ends well.

I’ve been trying Benefiber Dual Action Biotic Plus Stress Relief stick packs for a couple of weeks now, and overall I’ve had a mostly positive experience with them. The formula seems to help support my digestive comfort and overall gut balance when taken consistently, and I appreciate that it includes both prebiotic and probiotic support in one packet. The flavor is mild and easy to take with water or mixed into beverages. One thing I noticed is that the powder doesn’t dissolve as quickly as I would like. Even when stirred vigorously, it tends to clump slightly before fully blending. It isn’t a deal-breaker, but it does take a bit more effort to mix than I expected compared to other fiber sticks I’ve tried. The stick packs are convenient to carry and easy to use when traveling or at work. I haven’t experienced any stomach upset or discomfort while using them. Overall, this product delivers on digestive and stress-related support for me, but I would have liked smoother, quicker dissolving for a better overall experience.

This helped on the days I felt like I would never poop again! It didn’t help as fast as I’d hope, but after a day of drinking 2 packets I’d usually be able to go the next day. I like that these are in individual serving sizes so I didn’t have to worry about measuring out the appropriate amount of powder. The packets were easy to open and use daily. It tasted pretty good, it had a slight berry taste to it which enhanced the drinks I mixed it into. The powder initially clumped up if I added it into anything cold but after a while it would settle and there wasn’t a gritty texture to it. Overall I thought this product was effective and I wouldn’t mind using it again.

This is a game changer. No thickness or taste. You can add it to anything. I am taking glp and the constipation is unreal, and dangerous if you under hydrate. Embarrassing, but it took days to go and when I did there was so much pain and took forever.....I started adding these to my water...one a day just threw it in with my little mocktail of light juice, water and a little club soda to make it fun......made me regular within a couple of days. Regular like everyday. I thought I was going to have to stop taking the glp....now I don't have to. Also an apple and maybe a few chia s eda everyday also help. But I have bought a few boxes and it's fsa eligible so I use my fsa card to pay. Game changer for me.

Not sure if fiber is worth it. The taste is not my favorite, but I do put in in a 40 oz water bottle.

I love these! I take one every morning along with a pure boost energy drink in a water bottle and feel less stressed and less bloating. I used to use the Arbonne gut health sticks but it was getting too expensive at $60 per box. These are a great price and work better!
