What an answer to the unasked question! I wasn’t even aware these were a thing but so glad I found them. Great size for my travel case and safe to use. Easy to use and a decent price. I appreciate the tactile feedback from the device that lets you know when it’s closed.

these things are great, my son has type 1 and they’re great for late night blood sugar checks and insulin shots as well as travel.

Perfect for travel or everyday use.
The right size for purse or backpack. It clicks between close and lock so needles don't fall out. Took this on 2 week vacation. Enough room for test strips and lancets. I check my sugar 3 times a day.

Easy to travel with, it very big so if you inject 3 times a day and going to be gone for a while I recommend taking two. They don’t take up a lot of space so it’s doable.

Works as intended-good purchase.
I wanted this for my travels. I had a trip to Europe planned, and I needed something to dispose of the lancets I use for checking my glucose. It is compact and sturdy. I easily closes to keep the contents from spilling, but it will not accidently open. I used it for a 17 day trip, and it still has enough room in it for several more trips. I don't have accurate an estimate on how many lancets it will hold, but I believe it would hold at least 50. Overall, an excellent purchase for a reasonable price. It did arrive fairly quickly.

Perfect size
These were perfect for traveling and on the go finger sticks. I was able to keep one at my work desk, in the car, and my purse!
