Brilliant sleep, highly recommend for both adults and child variety's. I am 82,my grandson who is 9 and has a big sleep problem now sleeps soundly for the first time ever.

They didn’t work at all, overpriced sweets basically! They tasted nice but the instructions were unclear on when to take them and how many to take! I feel that my sleep actually got worse afterwards and left me with no energy!

Only giving 3 stars for now as I've only been taking them 1 a night for the last few nights so far, the taste is pleasant enough....... for me at least, so far, 1 a night does appear to make me start feeling drowsy within 1-2 hours or so, as yet, I still have difficulty switching off completely, but that could also be because I'm reading on my kindle app on my phone while waiting for the gummies to kick in, as another reviewer stated, it is tempting to want to eat the lot at once, not their exact wording, but same point, if my sleeping does improve with these gummies, I may find myself giving 4 or 5 stars, but only time will tell

the taste of these are ethereal, its really tempting to eat them all at once, i would love it if they made a cheaper version just for the flavour Regarding the sleep quality, this is my first day using them and i havent seen much results yet im guessing its the type of thing where the results come over time?

I found these gummies to be very good - best chew 2at a time.

Taste funny like plastic, don’t do nothing for me - I really struggle to sleep!… back to search for something else
