Change the SD
The SD card sent inside the product is the cause of the issue others have mentioned about the boot screen freezing. The original SD card is garbage and should be upgraded immediately. You should also consider which custom operating system you'd want to install on the new SD card. In order to do this, you need a PC and an SD card reader. After replacing the SD and installing a custom OS, this device is super dope. I've only played GBA games on it so far, but it's nice. I slightly regret buying the Plus instead of the H though, as this vertical form factor does get uncomfortable with time. Horizontal with sticks would have been the better option in my opinion. The most important takeaway from this review is that the device is legit and in working condition.

Great Quality and easy to carry
It's a perfect size, big enough to allow long gaming sessions without discomfort. The build quality is superb for a device costing under $80 and it performs spectacularly if you’re aiming to use this as a 8-bit/16-bit emulation device. Easy to carry and quality screen.

It’s small, has a great screen, and loaded
A great entry to the “retro” handheld device market. But my device would not charge unless it was plugged into an older wall plug from my old Samsung S9. I initially attempted to use my iPad Air charger. When I didn’t get any indication it was receiving juice I moved it over to my MacBook Pro charger. So, I’m guessing there’s no fast charging built-in since it took about a 40 minutes 😫There’s a side button to put the device to “Sleep” but not the sleep Ive grown accustomed to with my devices as this one still drains its battery 😖You have to fully power off the device if say you’re at work and just finished gaming while on lunch. Else when pull it out to continue your session you’re going to instead receive a black screen with a red battery iconBesides the charging the device is cool and I would have loved to keep it.

Perfect Handheld!
It already came with pre installed games and it runs smoothly! Also you can connect your bluetooth controller and connect it to your tv!

Works great but needs better QC
Works great but mine has a broken headphone jack out of the box. Managed to wiggle it around to get on board audio working while my replacement comes in. As far as playing games it works great and adding new games was super simple. As long as you try to play PS1 & below it seems to work pretty flawlessly. My only 2 gripes are that it has WiFi but can't download updates and it has Bluetooth but it only works for controller, not headphones but those could be solved in future software updates. I think it's a good buy for the money and have already put a dozen or so hours into it.
