I have used this product many times over the past couple years, mainly for the caffeine energy. The natural sources provide me with clean energy that I can use for my workouts after I get off work, and still be able to go to bed at 10-10:30pm. No more having to play stimulant roulette with another brand’s preworkout, hoping that I don’t take too much. This is why I love using this. I will say, I have never been a big BCAA guy, mainly because I never believed in them. However, my biggest difference that I notice while taking them is that I have less muscle soreness 2-3 days after working a certain muscle group, whereas without them I would have troubles moving (especially after leg day). Overall I’d say this product is worth the $20 you’ll spend. It’s half the price of other pre’s, however it’s not a super low quality, crapperware product in my opinion. The taste is still great on all the flavors, including this one, the Cherry Limeade. The mix consistency is also awesome, it’s not chalky or leaves little balls of hardened powder in your drink either. If you need to stock up, just buy two bottles! You’ll still probably spend less than you would on another nice preworkout brand’s product!

Overall, this product isn't horrible. It mixes easily (when two scoops are used in a shaker bottle), the flavor isn't bad, it helps wake me up, but it also slightly flushes my face. I explain my issues with the way that they hide the actual caffeine content below. Despite the dishonest supplement facts label, but I can't get a straight answer from Evlution Nutrition, so I won't be buying it again. When I took it on an empty stomach in the morning, I could feel my face flush; since there isn't niacin in this, I guess it's the beta-alanine that causes it. My main complaint is the dishonest label and how Evlution Nutrition actually hides the exact amount of caffeine in this product. It says 110mg of "natural energizers" which consists of "natural caffeine (from coffee bean), green tea extract (standardized for EGCG) (leaf)." So... how many mg of the 110 is actually caffeine? 55? 60? 100? How much is green tea extract? I have a pretty high caffeine tolerance from preworkouts and energy drinks and I'm actually trying to cut down, so instead of pounding most of a pot of coffee in the morning I thought I'd try this stuff and count the caffeine better, but you can't do that with this product. I Googled the product and tried to find the answer, but it's not revealed anywhere. I reached out to Evlution Nutrition, I even messaged this product's Facebook page. It took a couple weeks for a reply and when they finally responded they avoided the question. So, it'll give you some energy and I think the BCAA's help, but I'll be moving on to another product.

Excellent gym drink! Not too sweet and overall tastes good. Dissolves completely and very fast. Gives the extra energy pump. Highly recommended!

This is by far my favourite BCAA drink I’ve ever tried. As a very active person who works out 5-6 times per week I need a drink that provides me with an extra burst of energy, keeps me well hydrated and tastes good. This is it. I’ve tried several different BCAA brands and several different flavours and this is the best. It’s light, refreshing and natural tasting. It’s not too sweet and doesn’t have a chemical taste. I’m able to sip on this during intense workouts and it keeps me full of energy and focussed. I also notice my muscle soreness and recovery time is reduced. I will continue to buy this brand and flavour and I highly recommend it!

Tastes awful and these idiots have sent me four emails since I bought it. Don’t buy unless you like drinking sweet washing powder. Is barely as effective as a red bull before the gym.

I will definitely get this product again. I really like how clean the caffeine is in this product. It doesn’t give me that anxious jittery feeling, just a nice level boost of energy. The flavour I tried is good, a little sweet, but still good. And it mixes really well.
