This product is fabulous for concentration and focus. I take one half dose every morning so one bottle lasts 4 months. My job in financial services is cognitively demanding. Taking lions mane has made such a difference in my ability to be on top of my duties mentally. An added benefit I didn't expect is a hunger and desire to learn more about everything. No more stopping in the middle of a sentence and focus on the task at hand at awesome. I will never go one day without this product. Just think if I took a full dose! No need to spend $100 on TV products promising the same results. I spend an average of less than $4. a month with this product. I discovered the Lion's Mane herb while studying herbs. It did indeed prove useful in helping me remember things more quickly and easily. I eventually lit upon using the NutraHarmony brand available here at Amazon because it afforded me the ability to get a single bottle with 120 capsules at a time at a very reasonable cost. This ensured I had my product for two full months. I find the capsules go down easily as well, an important consideration for older people with swallowing issues. I am one. I also like the fact that the product is organic.

I bought the 1st Lions Mane for myself & I think it really works ! If you take it regularly. Next my husband will try his bottle when it comes , then we'll see .

Curiously, do a lot of these companies selling lions Maine use rice flour filler? I don't know I have been taking these supplements and I don't notice anything going on they must not be for me.

Not the most expensive but still very effective.
