So, I work from home and sitting around all day can really take the energy out of me. I needed something to supplement it😂. I decided to try these out and I was pleasantly surprised. At first I didn't know what NMNH was but after doing scientific research, the benefits were unbelievable. I immediately added this to my cart and I am so excited for it. I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled across this. The packaging is a really pretty blue. It’s really helped me feel better throughout the day and I’ve been way more productive! I started taking these and noticed the very next day, I was feeling worse than ever. I kept taking them thinking maybe it had nothing to do with these .supplements. By the fourth day feeling even worse. I went to look up this company and I can find nothing about them. They don’t have a website even though they say they do. On the bottle it has manufactured for this company so I’m very curious as to who and where this is made. how it’s made, and even if it’s GMP certified and lab tested like it says. Be leery.

I'm loving this supplement so far!I do a lot of resistance training and running and wanted something to help me recover quicker after workouts. After taking this I'm definitely less sore, and feel like I have more energy and stamina - allowing me to lift heavier and push myself harder. I know this will help me be more consistent with my workouts and stick to my training plan, and I'm excited to see the results from that.Highly recommend!
