This highly readable and engaging book is full of wisdom about common and unspoken limiting beliefs, stereotypes, and mistruths about what we as women personally experience. It's a sensitive and honest yet highly informational book that includes concise examples of flawed relationships that fail to bring the joy and satisfaction that could be possible. The authors impart great wisdom and encouragement as well as guidance for what to do and how to get through personal issues that run amuck. I found the Get Naked strategies to be very practical for getting over my own failings in thinking about myself and unrealistic expectations of others. I could highly relate to the characters in the examples; so much so that I felt like I almost knew them personally. I'd highly recommend this book to any woman who desires greater joy in living, freedom from self-criticism, and deeper and more rewarding relationships.

This was such a fun yet helpful book! As I read the oddly relatable stories, I found myself truly reflecting on my life and was inspired to take action! I highly recommend this easy-to-read book to any and every woman! Needless to say, most of the women in my life received this book for Christmas this year...

What a fun, informative book! I laughed in recognition at many of the anecdotes I read in this book and I learned SO MUCH! Get Naked: Helping Women Strip Away Limiting Beliefs outlines the many ways women limit themselves and then provides useful exercises for positive and impactful changes.

Well written containing so many thought provoking ideas presented in an easy to understand format. I found it interesting & helpful with enough humor to lighten a serious subject.

Inspiring! This book helps the reader identify beliefs they have that are holding them back from a life they deserve and provides easy to understand, easy to implement ideas allowing them to build a more fulfilling life..
