How many pellets in each bottle?

Each bottle says "approx 80 pellets". I didn't count, but that seems about right. All three of the bottles were full.

If you mean are there 200 pellets, there are 80 pellets per tube and there are three tubes. Each tube was filled. I did not empty them to do a physical count.

What is difference between arnica and arnicare?

Arnica is taken orally, under the tongue. It's one of the arnicare family of products made by Boiron, some of which are topical. If you go to the about page on the arnicare site they will show the various products. I don't know if I can successfully post a link, but I will try: http://www.arnicare.com/about/
