Love this pillow. It is customizable so you can take out or put more stuffing in. I carried this with me on my 14 day cruise & was glad I took it. When our cabin stewards made the bed they made sure to fluff up my pillow & prop it back on the bed. It def helps fill the gap if you have a deep arch in your back & provide support in your lumbar region to help alleviate pain. I also use it between my knees so it doesn’t feel like bone on bone 🦴 when I’m trying to sleep. I love that it vines with 2 pillows & extra stuffing. It’s comfortable & retains its shape even after washing the product. I haven’t noticed any cooling effect Great pillow

This pillow system is the best! I love the customization, support and softness. I decided write a review after almost a year of constant and exclusive use to give a honest feedback. I never had an issue with neck pain, which is a first for me. I held on the my favorite old pillow just in case and found I didn't need it after the first week. I have since thrown it away after about 5 faithful years of solid wash/dry/use. I usually have to acclimate to a traditional, store bought pillow ($10-60 ones that claim they are for back/ side sleepers ) and the pain usually starts after the first night, crescendos over 7 days and then subsides over another week. Never happened with pillow. I let the base and extra filling air out for 72 hours after opening, which I highly recommend. Not tossing in the dryer, which is an option, but I can't see how that will get you the best value for the investment of your most treasured rest to shortcut the process. Just be patient and let it acclimate to the room it will spend the most time in, similar to wood flooring in your home. Because I chose the slower method, I still never have smelled any chemicals or off putting odors. I intially used the pillow as it was originally packaged in order to get a sense of the support for the first 21 days. I determined at that point, I wanted to see what adding the extra filling would be like. Not because I had neck pain, but because I notice I tend to squish the filling to whatever side I am on for the longest amount of time. GAME CHANGER! I have long term support and comfort that bounces back after constant use and learned bunching (I am trying to not bunch under my neck for support. Know that will take time because it is a learned behavior from bad support from other 'back/side sleeper' pillows that don't live up to stated claims). The zipper on the case is durable, even when I noticed I was pushing the filling to one side, it held up. It was never so bulky that your natural sleep patterns won't adjust to and even out. I went through the intial summer heat and the 'second' NYC summer without feeling like my head was cooking. I would not say this particular pillow system offers any direct cooling effect that you will noticeably feel. I would say that, the hottest summer days, with a satin pillowcase, it wasn't as bad as I have had in the past. 80-90 degree heat and heavy humidity, I didn't wake up constantly with my head in a pool of sweat. It is not a "cooling effect" so much as, you don't sweat at all, in an humidity or temperature. It's more like, a reasonable person shouldn't find fault or sweat as much with a box or shop fan. The context of like for like, not a dedicated AC or Temp/Climate control system throughout an entire house is not equivalent. Please, leave room for bias. Especially, in these reviews. I am in an apartment, and treated myself/experimented with this pillow. I love it and will recommend/gift it to anyone I can! Happy resting!

Pillow is very personal. This seems to work for me. I did not change of the stuffing, fluffed it in the dryer for 25 minutes as recommended. The first night I laid down on it, man, it felt good. The curve really helps. The neck pain has not gone away but I slept much better. I am also happy that they got the king size. Now it doesn't matter whether I sleep on my sides or back, my head is also supported. It does have a slight "foam" smell the first night but not enough to really bother me. My head does not want to leave the pillow. While it may not be the seller's issue, the price went up 10% just a few days after I bought it.

Wanted to wait a few months before reviewing. This pillow is great! It's like laying your head on a firm marshmallow so comfy and supportive. I really do not have anymore neck discomfort when turning my head side to side. Since I've had it I have washed the outer cover like 3-4 times. Never had a problem zipping it back on until the last time I washed it. Now the plastic zipper has separated and cannot be zipped closed.😒 I'm hoping the seller has replacement outer zippered covers available. Other than the plastic zipper failing this is a very good pillow neck support. Update: 02/15/26 I contacted the seller about the zipper issue. Customer service promptly replied back. All they needed was a picture of the defective zipper and shipped a replacement very quickly. For some reason included an eye mask which hate to say it will probably never use but thanks anyway lol.

I purchased this item on Nov 21 2025. Im waiting until Feb 15 2026 to write the review. I love this pillow. I am a side sleeper and this has made all the difference with my head/neck/shoulder. I sleep very well and haven't woken up with a crick or pain since I got it. It's good for sleeping on your back too. It comes with extra foam to put in if needed. I didn't need to, but saved it for future. The outside is soft and has a zipper to remove foam and wash it. I highly recommend this pillow!!

I really like the shape of this pillow. It fits around your shoulder so your head lays comfortably in the middle rather than just the front edge. Then wraps around to support your face and arm. The company includes a bag of extra stuffing if you need it and an empty bag to store any stuffing you may want to take out of the pillow if you prefer a softer/lower loft. The stuffing is a shredded memory foam so it doesn't go flat like polyfill but unlike many foam pillows that are hard, heavy, and don't adjust to you, this one will fluff and move and stay where you want it. Also, it doesn't sleep hot and it doesn't work against my CPAP. Highly recommend.

I used to order this pillow regularly. I have muscular problems, and this pillow worked very well for me. Over time, the material naturally started to harden and lose effectiveness, which was expected. So I ordered the same pillow again about four months later, but the new one was not the same quality. The material felt much harder, and I couldn’t sleep on it at all. Because of that, I decided to switch to a different brand. I’m not sure whether this issue was specific to my pillow or if the company changed the material.

I’ve been using this pillow for a few months now and it’s better than your average pillow. I work nights and my husband works days. So he uses it sometimes. We’ve noticed that it helps with having no neck problems when waking up. When we are over tired after long shifts we fall asleep right away when using it vs the standard pillows. I’m a side sleeper mostly and he sleeps side and back sometimes. I’m glad we found a pillow that works for both of us. Safe to say I’m getting him his own cause when our sleep over laps sometimes, I don’t want to have to fight over my pillow lol.
