Nice Bed. Difficult build
Firstly it's a nice bed and despite what I say next I'm glad we bought it and would recommend it. The issue is that none of the parts are numbered and the instructions are a little lacking. Make sure you have some tools. They supply a small useless spanner that bent after only a few uses and a screw driver that only just fits. Thankfully I have lots of tools. I used a spanner, screwdriver and cordless drill with a hex bit and it made all the difference. My advice to the manufacturer would be to add a few quid to the sale price and include a proper spanner and screwdriver.It's a lot of work to assemble and took two of us about 1.5 hours. The hydraulics are good if a little tight making the ottoman lift difficult. All that said I am happy with the bed. It's sturdy, comfortable (obviously mattress dependent) and looks great in our room. It offers great value for money and the storage will be very handy.

Nice colour cream
Love the bed, really nice colour . The lift up part is about off to one side but it’s not a problem, the latts underneath move about a lot so recommend making sure you secure them but it’s a nice bed overall I would buy it again. The cream one was perfect for us

Great value product from a company that offers great service.
I have to say that the service offered has been excellent including follow ups from the company. The product is good and I was able to assemble by myself taking extra time as some of the items were inaccurately indicated as per the instructions. The quality is good and the mattress is comfortable having slept on the bed last night. Excellent value for money. I’d recommend this product for those who are looking for a good value product with a company that offers good customer service.
