HOW TO USE -Remove the cap from the spiral slicer -Choose your blade! Grip the green, plastic blade guide. Pull away from the slicer body. Turn to align the blade of your choice and then reattach. -Place the vegetable into the center of the slicer cone. With firm pressure, twist the vegetable for perfect noodles. -Use the cap when the vegetable gets very short to minimize wastage. -After use, simply rinse under running water.
