So I received my plate yesterday but only fitted it today. I have the original Bambu plate but it's textured on both sides. But needed a nice smooth service for my current projects keyrings and light boxes and I'm happy to say this didn't disappoint at all. Firstly I have used zero glue or any type of adhesive like I have to use with the original Bambu lab plate and as you can see not only do the prints stay in place they peal easy as anything you will see in video. I'd definitely recommend this if you want both a textured and smooth plate.

Got this to replace my old one that was a bit scraped and was starting to struggle to get filament to stick in all areas even after rubbing with IPA. This is just a plain black colour without the little QR code thingy that sound printers look for. Am using this one my P1S and so far so good. Really like the smooth on one side and textured the other which makes it versatile. Magnetic effect strength it pretty much the same as the original.

Bought it because bambu is constantly out of stock and I'm glad to say that although it was only slightly cheaper it's still as good as the original. Just don't forget to turn off plate detection.

This is not suitable for Bambu A1 - It does not fit flush which causes the the Bambu A1 Printer to flag an Error (Axis)

Cant vouch for the durability of the surface, but I've so far used it for 50 or 60 printed models, and it's showing no sign of any degredation. Gives a really nice finish to the base of 3d PLA models.

I have been using this type of textured PEI build plate on my Ender3 Pro printers for a couple of years so when I built my larger 3D printer based on a CR10 I wanted the same type of build plate for the Bambulab When using this I set the bed temperature to 60c and ran a test model, the first layer stuck to the build plate beautifully and even when running at a higher speed than normal there was no lifting on the corners. Once the model had completed I allowed the bed to cool a little and then I simply bent the steel plate a little and the model just popped off leaving no residue behind to be cleaned. I tested this using both sides of the plate and it worked perfectly for each. After each print I always clean the bed down even if it still looks clean by rubbing some isopropyl alcohol across the surface, this help to keep the build surface in good condition and helps it to keep the great adhesion properties. On the smooth side I often find that after a several uses models can start coming loose even after a clean, if this happens I find the best thing to do is to use some 00 wire wool and gently rub it down using a small circular pattern and then give it a clean, this method has worked for me every time bringing the build plate back to life. Terrific build plate for trouble free printing, best for the brilliant BambuLab X1 but can be used on others with a magnetic base. Recommended.

Update: Der Anbieter ist super freundlich und definitiv Lösungsorientiert. 👍 Es gibt jetzt einen neuen Screenshot bei den Produktfotos, der ein paar Tipps bei Adhesion-Problemen gibt. Wenn man die "Smooth PEI Plate / High Temp Plate" angibt, sollte auch der Z-Abstand stimmen. Hier ist der Versatz im G-Code geringer. Wenn man die "Textured PEI Plate" verwendet, steht im G-Code ein zusätzlicher Abstand von -0.04 (minus = nach oben) drin und dann hält es überhaupt nicht, egal ob man Gluestick oder 3d Lack verwendet. Ich hab die Platten auch noch mal gemessen. Die ist hetwa 1.75mm dick, hingegen ist z.B. die Textured PEI Plate (Bambu) über 2mm dick. Das löst auch das Bedleveling nicht! Er levelt, aber gibt trotzdem etwas Abstand dazu, wenn man die oft im Internet empfohlene Textured PEI Plate verwendet. --- ... aber die Haftung auf der dunklen Seite lässt schnell nach. Die ersten 5 Drucke kamen super raus, adhesion super. Wenn man aber mal was vollflächiges druckt, scheint ein Teil "einer" Beschichtung runterzugehen. Ich will am nächsten Tag das gleiche Objekt noch mal drucken (Blech war fast voll befüllt mit Objekten) und auf ein mal wollte es nicht mehr halten, also so überhaupt nicht mehr. Ich putz das Ganze mit IPA, es hält nicht, dann noch mal mit Spüli/Wasser, hält nicht. Flowrate und Bedleveling nochmals ausgeführt, hält EINFACH NICHT. Im Anschluss mal ne andere Druckplatte verwendet, ach hält... ok am Drucker lags nicht, es muss am Bed liegen. Temperatur hatte ich schon von 55° auf 60° hochgedreht, aber der first layer wollte einfach nicht halten. Gut, damit die Textur noch schön erhalten bleibt: 3d lack/Haarspray. So hält es BOMBE und lässt sich so schön lösen wie am Anfang, wenn das Druckbett abgekühlt ist. (How to verkack a Wochenende...) Also die Aussage, dass man keinen Kleber mehr braucht etc. stimmt nicht. ;-) Daher nur ein Stern für die Haftung. Langlebigkeit kann ich bisher nicht so richtig bewerten, aber nach 15x Druckbett mit großen und kleinen Objekten bedrucken, sieht alles noch super fein aus. PS: Ich glaube das fertigungsbedingt eine aufgesprühte(?) Schicht drauf ist, so hält das Ganze am Anfang auch so super und von heut auf morgen eben nicht mehr. Mein Workflow: Platte putzen mit Spüli, schicht 3D Lack drauf und mit Bedleveling und Flow-Calibration drucken, dann klappts auch super. Betttemperatur kann man dann auch bestimmt wieder auf 55° absenken. (Bambu default value) Habe jetzt primär Bambulab PLA Basic und Matt gedruckt. Was mich halt jetzt stört: Die Drucke riechen total nach Haarspray... 🙄 also waschen und trocknen. Nicht das Gelbe vom Ei irgendwie...

Na eerst een negatieve reactie te hebben moet ik mijn review toch bijstellen. Uitzonderlijk goede service en een kwaliteit die je mag verwachten.

Very good results, however you can get it elsewhere for much cheaper.

Tried many different settings, various bed temps, squashed down first layer, fans off, glue. Nothing seems to make pla stick to this plate. Doesn't matter if i clean it with soap or 99% alcohol. Too bad, cause it looks beautiful
