I play a sport called Pickleball. Its a game a lot like tennis. Smaller court and a lot faster play.I'd been suffering from very sore legs after playing. Not that I had a knee joint problems. After wearing these for the first time today my knees felt great while I was playing. Shortly after playing is when my leg muscles realty became sore. I experienced none of that today.
