Im a General contractor, its use ROVSUN on all my Barndominium and cabin home builds, sometimes the outside units will get a little dented when being shipped but it has never messed up the functionality of the units, honestly doesn't bother me much having a little dent on the outside units. I stick with ROVSUN because they always have what I need for the Type of homes i build and and the most important (they beat the prices of almost all competition and deliver the quality I'm looking for, I've used everything from the ceiling cassettes to the style that mounts in the Attic with ceiling vent and of course traditional wall mounts, I like the traditional wall mounts much better they install so much easier, I hate fat guys in and out in one day. Maybe one day for doing lots of business with ROVSUN they will give me a free unit🤔, (specifically a 9,000 BTU wall mount) for my office to show customers that we build for 😉 #wink #hent #sponsor💁 #value lol.

Very happy with this unit. I only installed it about a week ago, but it is running flawlessly. The install was actually fairly simple. I was a little intimidated at first because I have never used a vacuum pump or done anything with AC units before but I bought $120 vacuum pump on Amazon And it was super simple just following the directions. I don’t see any reason to spend more money on some of the more expensive units.

Mini split system Rovsun from China is a cheap low quality item. After installation by an Hvac tech. it didn't cool or heat just blew room temp air with different error messeges P2 E4. I contacted seller Rovsun they gave troubleshoot steps which it didn't result in any change. To my bad luck it was out of "return window" because I had to wait on an electrician to install diconnect box and then the Hvac tech. to come and install. In addition their air handler box was full of German cockroaches which resulted to bring in a pest exterminator. In short I got what I paid for, invest few more dollars and get yourself a unit from someone else.

Works as it should and DIY friendly for install. Took about two hours to install and away it went cooling the area no problem.

Careful, even though this company advertises that the unit is "Precharged" the lines are NOT. You still have to buy a vacuum pump and gauges and learn to use them in order to finish the job - to which I did and billed the company the cost of the pump ($150) because it's still a good deal. After a bit of convincing, they agreed to pay for the pump. As for the rest of the install, stay tuned, no news is good news.

This unit is very efficient and quiet

I gave this 4 stars only because the app isn't the best. it does pair to google home but only shows active status, no controls. Other than that this mini split is quiet and pumps out some COLD air. heat is pretty good too. overall this thing probably saved me a few hundred in bills already so its paying for itself.
