I purchased a Noise LED watch from Amazon earlier this week, and while the delivery was impressively fast (arrived the very next day), the product itself was a complete disappointment. The watch was defective right out of the box—it simply does not work. This is not a case of minor issues or setup errors; the product is partially non-functional from day one. I’ll admit I made a mistake by not carefully checking the return/replacement policy beforehand. It clearly states that only service center replacement is available, not an easy return through Amazon. Since I’ve never received a faulty product from Amazon before, I didn’t think this would be an issue—but it turned out to be a costly assumption. What makes the experience worse is the lack of proper customer support. Reaching their service team is extremely frustrating. The contact number only connects to an automated AI system, with no easy way to speak to a real human. Getting actual help feels nearly impossible. Overall, this has been a very poor experience—faulty product, restrictive policies, and almost inaccessible support. Definitely not recommended.
