These brush heads are soft on gums but still clean very well. Easy to replace and work perfectly with my Oral-B toothbrush.

The new brushes are soft and yet very effective at cleaning.

I made the mistake on ordering cheap knock offs. And wow.. what a difference. These heads are soft but cleans my teeth well and it doesn’t leave my gums sore. Great value for the money, don’t buy the cheap knock offs.

They are very easy to install. They do a good job cleaning the texture on the teeth. They also last a long time.

these are as advertised. They fit the tool securely. They felt good on my gums and cleaned well.

The replacement head is exactly what I wanted, soft bristles.

I'm glad I finally decided to buy these genuine Oral B brush heads, even though they cost considerably more than the the other substitute brands. The others never really seemed soft, so I finally decided to try these, and they are so much nicer to brush with and even though they're softer, my teeth seem cleaner after.

They updated the design sometime in the last couple years and it's a big improvement. I found a package of the older model while doing some fall cleaning and I used those over the last few months. I'm happy to be back to these ones. bristles are soft (though I do feel like they could be even softer) and the don't touch the gums.

Be sure you buy the right heads. I accidently bought these but should have bought the IO ones. My bad!! Anyway the IO heads that I (correctly) bought afterwards are excellent hence the 5 stars for these items

This is my first electric toothbrush, and I’m genuinely impressed! It came with both a regular and a sensitive brush head, so I tried both. After testing them, I found the sensitive brush head works perfectly for me—very gentle yet effective. The regular one is also good, but the sensitive option feels just right. Overall, a great product and definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Much better than the classic ones. My gums are quite sensitive, and this made a real difference. I only wished they were a tad cheaper and in more diverse versions (more levels of softness/hardness)
