My wife loves to look for her face, she was asking me for this electric torture device, haha that is what I think.She tried few times on me I don’t really like, electric sound around my face, and tingling feeling on the skin.But my wife is loves it.I would say it is high quality, and done very professionally.

Charged damage fee for item that arrived broken
I got my item with broken glass and returned it, but was charged for damage fees. I believe it’s unfair since this item was already broken when I opened the box.

"High Frequency Facial Device DARSONVAL High Frequency Facial Wand Micro-care Skin Care" by DARSONVALThe device is 9-inches long with a 5-foot 5-inch regular electrical cord (3 prong). It comes with 4 glass tubes/ tools (comb, mushroom, tongue & spot/bend) that are between 6" & 6 3/8" long. They feel sturdy.The dial makes an obvious click when you turn it on or off. There is gauze, rubber bands and a 15-page High Frequency Reference Manual.I appreciate the facial device comes nicely boxed with a lid that uses magnets on the side to keep the box closed. It makes for a nice presentation if you are purchasing for a gift. Would be easy to wrap. All the tools inside and safely and securely nestled in foam. Care was taken to provide a very sturdy box for storing when not in use.Unfortunately, I am unsure about using. Probably a fluke but I received a used item with marring on the cord and a dirty "output" (where the tubes are inserted). I'm leery of used electrical items. The good thing is that within the box is a card that extends the product warranty for an additional year. For normal purchasers between the usual return window and this card my guess is it wouldn't take much to have it replaced. I usually don't make excuses but, in this case, I can see what probably happened. I am leaving a neutral 3-star rating. Country of Origin: China
