If you have a lot of ear wax like me you might have to do it multiple times but it worked pretty good. I did one ear 3 times doing the whole 15 minutes with ear drops and flushing out with a bowl of warm distilled water. I was shocked how much came out. My other ear didn’t have much earwax so I only did it once. My only complaint is that the box sticker wasn’t sealed (I noticed another reviewer had the same issue) but the ear drops med was sealed and the syringe bulb looked ok so I used it anyway. I just hope nobody touched the syringe bulb because I know I’m gonna get an ear infection if bacteria on or inside that thing. My advice is just be patient and watch YouTube videos for some advice. When I did it the 2nd time I was gonna give up and even called a professional to see how much it would cost and them saying $100 motivated me to try one more time (third time’s a charm). Also put a towel under you because the syringe bulb is strong and will squirt everywhere. My shirt got wet as well but I was ok with it as long as it worked. So do it on a big surface area like a table.

I expected better results. It's just hydrogen peroxide with a bulb. I had both and it didn't do anything. The bulb doesn't work well, the water discharged is small and I am afraid it can cause hearing loss because of the force of the air. Buyers remorse.

I have been having 'stopped up' ears for quite a while, and lately my stereo has been sounding like crap (well to me anyway). This convinced me that I must have wax plugs, which was confirmed by a doctors visit, who visually inspected my canals and saw they were indeed completely blocked with wax. So I got a referral to an audiologist. But after calling the office three times, leaving messages and still having to response, I took matters into my own hands and ordered this kit. On the first day I followed instructions and left the drops in my canals for 10 minutes per side. But even vigourous lavage failed to dislodge any way. So the following day I then let the drops sit in for 30 minutes per side. This time the irrigation brought out a giant plug from each ear that must be at least 1/2 inch across. My hearing immediately improved and I now find that even background sounds can sound too loud. And crumpling an aluminum can sounded like fire-crackers going off inside my ear. But more importantly, my stereo now sounds effing GREAT. After spending literally thousands of dollars on stereo 'upgrades' in the last couple years that had little to no effect (because my hearing was so impaired) this is the best $10 I have ever spent on audio.

I bought one of those fancy ear wax removal tools with the camera to see inside the ear canal and noticed i somehow lodged earwax on my eardrum. After many failed attempts to scrape it out i decided the safest bet would be to try to flush it out. I bought this kit, let the ear drops sit for 10 minutes and then flushed my ears 3xs without the orange tip, nothing. Once, i used the orange tip the earwax dislodged out my ear. I checked my ear canal after with my other tool and all the wax on my eardrum was gone. Pretty straight forward and easy to use product! Beware you may get extremely dizzy for a few seconds after use!
