It arrived without a box. I don’t know what it is or how to use it because it didn’t come with instructions. I’m not planning to use it, and I don’t recommend that you buy it or waste your money either.👎👎

Patches have two adhesive areas which is not correctly stated. one is the main patch and one is over the magnet inner circle. adhesive is great but only on first application so get correct area cant keep applying. Adhesive causes irritation within a few hours of application. Do not scratch area you wil cause a rash or tear skin. This is NOT due to sensitive skin. Have been using few days and yet to see a difference.
