First time trying this flavor and first time trying this type of keto friendly Roman style soup I added an egg and some frozen peas and some Parmesan cheese and it was delicious

Inedible. I tried, really I did. Truly gag worthy.

I do think this is a great option to the traditional ramen noodles. I like that it’s packed with protein instead of carbs. It takes a minute to get used to the texture. It’s obviously not the same . The flavor pack was just ok. I had to add on to the ramen and broth to get more flavor. While I didn’t hate it, the price point is just not bearable . At $6 each pack and then I need to add flavor to doctor it, it’s just not remotely worth it to me.

I love this so much. This is a staple go to protein rice soup has a great flavor. I love the texture, nice and soft for people with dental issues a pantry, staple for students anyone who wants a quick meal, but healthy and full of protein. Also very low glycemic index.

You know I saw a bunch of advertisements on Facebook for this Ramen and I really wanted to love it at the end of the day the ramen itself is SLURPABLE as it says in their advertisements it is very textured and dense it's also a smaller serving than a normal Ramen they say that it is lower sodium but it's a smaller quantity so it still has a little more than half the sodium of normal Ramen. The noodles themselves although supposedly plant-based taste more like a cardboard base and the broth is less than exciting. If you want their dehydrated vegetables you have to pay quite a bit extra for that at $20 for a jar. At the end of the day I'll stick with my store-bought Ramen and use half the flavoring as I normally would.

The noodles don't taste like normal noodles, you can taste they are plant based and have that texture. They are much chewier than a Banza noodle for example. Not for me, but might be nice if you like that style

Chewy but good. I keep all the water while cooking so there’s more broth. The noddles themselves are very chewy but taste good enough that I will buy again. Not often but it’s good to have a packet or 2 on hand for something quick. Really good adding some veggies and tofu cubes to it.

Once you realize it’s going to taste different and have a different texture, you notice you feel better after eating it and you want more the next day. Too expensive for ramen though but love the quality.
