I can already feel a noticeable difference in my energy levels after starting their “Vitamin B-Complex.” The brand uses methylcobalamin for B12 and methylfolate for folate, which are high quality and easier for the body to absorb. I notice I don't have an energy dip in the afternoon when I use this. The wave of tiredness is abated, yet I don't feel jittery and it's not keeping me up at bedtime. I have liked every Sports Research supplement I have tried. They feel high quality but are still a good value. And they have minimal fillers. The small gel caps go down easier and I don't experience any stomach upset. I find myself going to back to them after trying other brands.

Really good., clean supplements. I was looking for a Vitamin B complex that was more natural, vegan, and simple, without making my stomach hurt as I’m not one to eat breakfast in the morning and take these on an empty stomach with water and black coffee on the side. These are small, super easy to swallow and do not hurt my stomach at all. I love that the coating is coconut based. I also don’t feel a jolt of energy but rather a nice steady energy that lasts throughout the day. I’m not starving like with other Vitamin B supplements, this is nice and easy. My urine is also not orange like with other pills. I recommend Sports Research to anyone looking for a clean, steady, easy supplement. Will for sure be ordering the 120 capsule bottle next. 10/10!

I noticed a legitimate difference in my focus and energy levels within the first week, and you can tell from the label that they didn't cut corners on the bioavailability by using things like Benfotiamine instead of standard Thiamine. That said, be prepared to pay a premium for it. It’s easily one of the most expensive options on the market, and the price might be a dealbreaker if you're on a budget. Also, the aftertaste is honestly pretty gross. About twenty minutes after taking it, you’ll probably get those vitamin burps that taste like a yeast factory. It’s a common issue with high-potency B vitamins, but it’s still worth mentioning because it's unpleasant. The bottom line is that this is a you get what you pay for supplement. It actually moves the needle on how you feel and the ingredient profile is as detailed as it gets for a B-complex. If you can afford the monthly hit to your wallet and you remember to take it with a large meal to mask the taste, it’s easily the best one available on Amazon.

Not sure yet. I love the brand but yes I don't know where the peppermint is coming from. It's kind of strange.
