I bought these because I suffer from dehydration and my doctor suggested this over Gatorade.The flavor isn't bad and they are made with more of the vitamins and things that I need for my health condition.

This stuff is a LIFESAVER whenever illness strikes. The flavor is great and it's super nourishing with electrolytes. I've used this for anything from standard cold to a flu, food poisoning, and just general dehydration during the hot months. I always keep some in the pantry to have on hand because you just never know when you'll need it, so I like that they come in a decent sized bottle and are part of a multi-pack.

I love these and drink them often. They’re not cheap in stores but I came across this great price on Amazon. They’re hydrating and do what they are supposed to. Warning if you’ve never had pedialyte there is a salty taste to it- that’s just the minerals! I removed one star because the seal is SO DANG hard to open!!! There’s no pull tab, so you are just yanking away with your fingernails and hope you don’t accidentally get any in the beverage. There has to be a better design for that.

I'm recovering from lithium toxicity. I drank one a day for 4 days and my body had less pain and it made me feel less weak. This is much better than hydration sticks for anyone weak,muscle pain or joint pain or deep bone pain and fatigue. The mix of chloride,sodium and potassium are crucial to anyone actually dehydrated or suffering malenourshment or diarrhea or weak and in pain. Make sure whatever you're purchasing has chloride,potassium and sodium.
