Great tasting with a good amount of electrolytes to keep you hydrated during your workout or run. This is my go to drink when I do for a run as I just put a scoop of the powder on my 16oz. Amphipod bottle mixed with alkaline water and go out for a 10 mile run.

Absolute game changer. I have been lifting weights for over 12 years now and I have experimented many times with supplements until I stopped all of them for years now. Recently I thought about trying electrolytes to add to my water since my workout are quite vigorous and I sweat a whole lot. Since adding this to my water and drinking while working out I have felt much less fatigued and recover faster after. It gives me just a little extra help especially in those heavy leg days. I chose the orange flavor and it’s delicious and not too overwhelming. I add it to about 18-20 oz of water which is gone by the end of my workout. I highly recommend this product.

I find this product a little pricey but it has good flavor. Although the flavor is weak. It is very good for electrolytes though. I use it when biking around town on my bike along with going up a mountain. It supplies adequate electrolytes. The only time I don't really use it is during summer as I live in Arizona and its just too hot to do any outdoor activity except for the early morning and that's gardening time. But I have no doubt that it would preform well if I was biking during the hot 90F+ summers.

Taste better than some other brands I've tried, but seems to lack some of the additional nutrients included in more popular brands like LIV. Overall a good value, I think.

I found out the hard way that Exercise-Associated Hyponatremia is a real thing. If you sweat a lot when you work out and only replace your lost fluid with water and not sodium, you can end up with a nasty bout of EAH. I've occasionally consumed the big G electrolyte but was looking for something a step up. I avoid all artificial sweeteners including additives like monk fruit, stevia, etc. There's not a lot out that that doesn't use those ingredients but I researched and discovered Skratch! It's a very fine powder that packs a subtle but detectable flavor. I add one scoop - 22 grams - to my 16 oz water bottle and put in the fridge (want it sweeter, use less water). When I work out, I'm able to sip the drink throughout the duration without getting that sloggy feeling in my stomach. I actually tolerate it better than water during intense workouts. I've tried three flavors and my favorites in order are Lemon-Lime (a distinct and pleasant flavor), Orange (nice, light, barely-there flavor) and Strawberry Lemonade (which I didn't really care for at all... very little flavor and a little bitter to me). The amount of sodium and a few additional nutrients make this my one and only go-to sports drink now. It got me out of EAH territory quickly (a few days) and I don't go a day without it!

I really like this hydration mix. It's tasty, not too sweet and easy on the gut. Works for me in Florida.

My husband uses powder for his workout. It’s easy to use, mixes well, taste great and it works. Gives him enough energy boost especially in hot Alabama heat. What more could you ask for?
