Not the best flavor but gets the job done
My 7 year old started getting cold sores when gets a cold. She had the first signs of the bump and we started one pill a day for a week and it never grew past the first stages. I thought it was some hippy nonsense but the products for kids cold sores are limited so I thought what tf, can’t hurt. I am a huge fan and will never let my house be without these. She doesn’t like the flavor, but not to the point that she won’t take them

Works well - Bad taste
I think these work well for canker sores in my daughter’s mouth. She loathed the flavor so could only get her to try them a couple times. But as far as effectiveness, a win!

Contain Sucralose
These were the only chewable I could find for my son. He gets a lot of canker sores and these were recommended. Unfortunately, they contain sucralose and he is allergic.

My daughter is able to take these even though she is very picky. She likes to mix the flavor with Gatorade to wash them down.
