Beware of this seller, as the information presented is tainted with information that may lead a person astray. It presents pictures of a dry cleaner bag, which is found only in the starter kit and not the refill kit. Also, it is costly compared to others.

I really love the money savings in this product and it refreshes fabric without the cost of the dry cleaners. This product didn’t include the bag which was shown in ad. Dryell now doesn’t steam or saturate as well without the bag, sad and disappointed it changed

arrived wrecked. The cap was detached. I should probably return this. I won’t be using this until around a month from now. I’ll update the review then.
