The LED mask is very comfortable; I've used it daily, especially the blue light, which I've read helps with acne, and the red light, which helps soothe the skin. I really like it; it's very comfortable and practical.

I got this as a gift for Christmas. I opened it to use it on Jan 28 and it will not turn on after I charge both the unit and the remote. And now I cannot get a return or exchange. I would prefer to exchange it. So if I can get help getting an exchange would be much appreciated.

I've been looking for a red light therapy device that I can use at home. The ones I've been seeing are like stick ones that I have to constantly use my hand or very expensive & scary looking one. This mask is perfect because your hands are free while it's on & your eyes are not covered so you can do whatever you want to kill that time, like reading books, being online, cleaning etc. It's very soft and it's very easy to use. The remote control is also straight forward. I was able to use it probably about 5 times before even charging the battery again. I think battery life is very good as well. I am mostly using it for red light for anti-aging, so I am not seeing dramatic results as of now but it definitely helps me set a healthy skin care routine that I've been struggling with. I can't wait to keep using it to see if it helps absorb all those skin care products I put on my face. If anything, I'm sure it's better than not using it at all since it's hard to tell the results with any red light therapy. Might as well use something easy and affordable like this one. It comes with a bag that you can store this mask when not using it too. Recommend!
