Teaches the number one principle in Islam: Tawheed, worshiping only one God and what that entails. Very good read, probably one of the best books I have ever read in my life. Informative and concise. Proofs brought from Quran and Sunnah.

Love this book! I have read it and given it as a gift. Dr Bilal Phillips gives practical examples of the most basic principles that every muslim should learn.

I have read and reviewed several books stating islamic beliefs. This is hands down the best book written in english explaining it in the clearest way with least error. The topics discussed in this book are clear cut, virtually free from error, and agreed upon by all of Islamic Orthodoxy. It deserves to be on the shelves and hearts of every english muslim. This book is very well organized, easy to understand, and very well referenced. The author does not make grand statements without providing solid references from the Qur’an and the Prophetic traditions of Muhammad SAW, which are the two main sources of Islamic jurisprudence.

This is one of the best books about Tawheed. Masha'Allah I have given this book to non-Muslims and Muslims who do not know the basics of Tawheed. Insha'Allah It is even a nice refresher for those who may have forgotten the basics or who have slipped into shirk and not know it. Alhamdullilah

Classic and must have for any person

Nice ready- especially for beginners. Author made it easy to understand from a high school student level while at the same time ensuring a set foundation of Tawheed is given.
