I have been using this printer for almost a year now and it is a good product. The wireless connectivity is good and overall connectivity is also good. The functionality is very useful for us to print addresses and send couriers or posts in bulk. The print quality is very good and it is a easy to use product. I liked the mat finish look of the product and it was very good to hold in hand and use.

It's a super cool product, Perfect for kids activities, fun souvenir, and labeling things, It can literally print anything. It doesnt use ink so thats great and safe, thermal printer to the rescue. App is super friendly and easy to use although the app keeps crashing time to time on few devices, but luckily i have a old phone which on which it works well, but overall the product is a must buy. I have been using it since a while now and i must say its totally worth the money.

I researched before purchasing,after I got my product , it was awesome and I used for couple of days it came with good outcome,u can go for it , printing quility was nice because of 304 dpi , compact design and good to Use.

1 roll missing, no seal and device has Dirt marks . But the product was functioning fine so I didn't return it. I tried taking out pictures and it overheaded so I'm waiting for it to cool down. Product seems fine for day 1. Will update after a month
