Want it for my car too
I got these as a gift for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. They were a little more difficult to install but I believe they were worth it in the end. They look really nice and honestly makes me want some for my car. They seem to hold up really well and the price, I feel was worth it. The size is pretty much the standard size of a door lock.

Overpriced and poorly made
Update: Overpriced and now costing me money to deal with the garbage I bought. I already installed 2 of the 4 posts when I discovered the third had a unglued or unsecured top. So I glued it , #4 I installed. Today I went to unlock the door when the top came free and now I have to fix this. If you were to pay any professional to fix this , guess what the estimated cost : $120 I think I may have a lawsuit ----------------------------------------- To start these are 3/4 of an inch shorter. So when installed you only get a few turns on the threads to allow the door mechanism to lock when depressed. Once depressed you better have long finger nails in order to grip and pull up to unlock. Also one of the 4 I had to reglue the beautiful cap onto the stem because it was not secured properly. I've found these same exact knobs on Temu for 6 $ . On Amazon I paid 10. I've found many items on Temu that are far less in cost and exactly the same as on Amazon. I guess because with Temu it takes up to 2 weeks to get your order, but I feel it's not worth the price to pay in order to get an item the next day. I already pay to get that next day with my subscription to Prime, in fact I'm done with Amazon and the inflated prices .

Do I break the OEM ones to install these or not?
They look nice, and probably will look nice in my truck but the ones that are in the truck don't want to come out. I haven't been able to figure out how to get them out without breaking them so I'm not sure what to do.

Too short for my Ram truck.
I like the look and feel of these but when installed they go below the door panel when locked and I have to try the unlock button accouple of times for it to come up so I uninstalled it. It does not fit my truck. I will see if I can find some longer ones in this style.

Our puppies chewed the original plastic locks in our RV so we were looking for a replacement that was more durable. We liked that these are metal and they look really nice! They fit well in the Ford E450 cab of our Jayco Granite Ridge. They come in a 4 pack and we only needed 2, so we will have a couple of backups.
