I’ve been using this for a while now. I’ve used it both as a grill and a sandwich maker, and honestly it works great. The results come out really good, especially for sandwiches. Cheese melts perfectly, and something like a pepperoni and cheese sandwich turns out amazing. It heats up well and does the job without any issues. The only thing I didn’t like is that there’s no on/off button. I don’t really understand why, but every time you have to plug it in and unplug it, which can be a bit annoying. Other than that, it’s a really good product and I’ve been enjoying using it.

It gets way too hot for sandwiches, they all come out burnt, I wish I could exchange it. If it had a way to change the temperature, that would be a 5 out of 5. I’m not happy with the purchase. Edit: The product details do not mention temperature control, they do sell one that with controls. The product does work as intended, just not what I need it for. I updated to a 5 star

It’s a very good product. I’m a little disappointed that it’s a highly rated but it has a hard time grilling a 1 1/2 sandwich uneven. The sandwich has to be at the front edge to get to grill all of the top. So I dont see how the hung will work for a large hoagie style sandwich as perceived in the description. Again fairly decent, but….

and well-made. It made grilled cheese sandwiches and panini quickly and efficiently. Edit: It heats up very fast, which is great, but it can get so hot that the outside browns quickly while the inside doesn’t fully warm up.
