I was initially hesitant about buying hearing aids online, but my experience with Wasoca has been fantastic, largely due to their incredible customer support team. The Wasoca Bluetooth rechargeable hearing aids themselves are a game-changer. They look like modern Bluetooth earbuds, which really helped my self-confidence, and the sound clarity is excellent, especially with the automatic noise cancellation feature. The ability to connect them to my phone for calls and music is seamlessly integrated and something I use all the time. However, the real standout was when I had an issue with the charging on one of the earpieces after several months of use. I contacted Wasoca customer service via email to inquire about my options and they provided a prompt response, hassle-free resolution and went above and beyond which is rare to find.

The hearing aids are fine, they are comfortable and stay on the ear. When the sound is adjusted correctly, I found that this is the best aid that I've tried. However, I find that sometimes it one ear might just stop working. As for the Royal app that pairs with the aids, it is fine when it works, but it is not reliable. It freezes up and unpairs with the Bluetooth so that the aids cannot be adjusted. I finally deleted the app.

Since my left ear has slightly poorer hearing than my right, the independent left/right adjustment feature is perfect for me! I set the left ear volume to 80% and the right to 50% via the app. Now sounds feel perfectly balanced, and I can clearly hear noises coming from different directions simultaneously. This bluetooth hearing aids has truly enhanced my auditory experience.

I didn't realize how bad my hearing had gotten, then my husband bought these for me last year. Omg I could hear again. 1st 2 days I was super overwhelmed from all the noise around me. Let's face it, my world had become very quiet. Earlier this year, one of the batteries in one of my ears wouldn't hold a charge and we forgot to activate the warranty. 🤪 our fault. Hubs bought the same set for me again. Something was wrong with that one though... I couldn't hear. Only the Bluetooth worked. However, I contacted the sellers and they sent me a new set. These are perfect! And I love being able to hear. My advice? Make sure you act activate the warranty. My only con.... I wish the battery life were stronger. But all in all, I love these! ❤️ I'd highly recommend them. 🙂 We would definitely buy again. You can't beat the price and they work great. 😊

Why did you pick this product vs others?: When doing gardening activities, there are sounds of wind blowing leaves and tools being operated around me. The hearing aid function of this hearing aids with bluetooth allows me to clearly hear the instructions of the gardening master and the sound of my own operation. The function of adjusting the volume of the left and right ears independently is very practical. I can adjust the volume of the left and right ears separately according to the actual situation of the hearing in both ears and the distribution of the sound on the spot, so that I can listen more comfortably. And the intelligent noise cancellation effectively reduces some disturbing noises in the surrounding environment, such as the sound of traffic in the distance. Besides, the hearing aids are securely fitted and will not fall off even when I am bending and squatting for gardening operations. It also has a stylish appearance that harmonises with the natural atmosphere of gardening activities. And the volume adjustment meets the needs of different stages of gardening operations, making my gardening activities smoother.

These are advertised as hearing aids. I have not yet used authentic hearing aids, but my children keep telling me to do something to help me hear them, so I tried these. They definitely amplify sounds and I can hear people much better. These hearing aids automatically pair up to my phone, which is nice, however, even if I open my phone to check emails, it switches over to bluetooth mode and then the surrounding voices around me are not amplified. If I start talking while looking at emails, it will automatically switch over to being a hearing aid, but I have to say a word or two for it to switch back. An interesting thing is that if I am on a phone call using my hearing aids and the blue tooth, if I get into the car and turn on the ignition, the car automatically cancels out the hearing aid and then the phone conversation happens via my car bluetooth. With my other regular earbuds, if I start a phone call outside of the car, and then get in and turn on the engine, the earbuds continue to function. I have not figured out how to manage the bluetooth systems, so I am giving these hearing aids three stars. As for comfort, I really like them. I can wear them for hours. The actual functionality of the hearing aids is good. There are 5 levels of volume, and 4 scenes that I can cycle through for when I am at home, at a restaurant, or in a crowd. It's a good product. I will update after a few weeks of using them.

I like these hearing aids a lot, but they have several drawbacks. First, the R and L marks are black on black and require a magnifying glass to see. Second, the left hearing aid goes on the right side of the case and vice versa, which is just wrong. The buttons are difficult to find because they don't stand out form their background by much. I also found it hard to use the buttons to set the volume because rather than saying "volume 1", "volume 2", etc,, they just beep once for each level and twice for the highest level. They're supposed to have 5 levels, but it's quite difficult to figure out what level you're on and it seems like they only have three levels. Adjusting the volume works much better in the app. The noise cancelling is quite good and they're much than a very expensive pair I had that mainly amplified the backround noise so much that I stopped using them.
