Came with 80% battery which is the minimum 2 weeks later now at 78% the phone itself was in excellent condition but battery to drop 2% in 2 weeks feels somewhat iffy in summary they are not cheaper than music magpie etc I would shop around won’t use again

'Excellent' Phone Bought - The phone is perfect so far 1 day in no scratches, battery seems solid it charged up to 100%. So far the phone cannot be faulted one bit. However customer service could be improved slightly to make this excellent. Two things which could do with big improvements: 1.Delivery DPD notified they would delivery so I moved multiple appointments to be home, they notified they 'tried to deliver' whilst i was at home waiting however did not, and said they would try again the next day. Very frustrating and not a trustworthy service. A delivery driver the next day delievered an hour after time slot but the phone did arrive 2.Packaging Packaging seemed flimsy and not 100% waterproof - for a 500+ phone would expect slightly better packaging as per all amazon products.
