Apple usually delivers, even if the price is high, and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 is no different. I bought this one refurbished from this seller, and I have to give credit where it’s due. The product arrived in great condition and has worked perfectly from day one. I’m writing this review almost two years later, and I’m still very happy with it. Performance, battery life, and overall quality have held up really well. Buying refurbished can feel risky, but in this case, it was absolutely worth it. Very nice product

I bought this in excellent condition and it came absolutely perfect no scratches, dents or anything. Battery life also was at 100%, couldn’t be more but happy with this purchase would highly recommend buying from here!!! Great service

What can I say? It’s an apple product. You know it works well and built excellent worth every single dollar that I spent on it. I promise you I’ll buy it again in a couple years. I’m not gonna go with buying them constantly every year otherwise I’d be bankrupt.

For a use product the watch itself is in amazing condition and shape, small scuffs which is normal wear and tear. The band however, has left things to be desired, I don’t know if it’s a genuine Apple band or not. A few days into wearing it one of the magnets in the band to keep it in place fell out, the clasp itself also came off but I was able to fix it.

I purchased an Apple Watch Ultra 2 from this seller. The watch itself is in excellent condition — everything works perfectly and it looks great. One thing to note is that the watch is about a year old, which I found out after checking the email/activation details. Also, the watch does not come with the original packaging. There is no box, no documents, and no original Apple charging cable included. It only comes with the watch, bands, and a third-party charging cable. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase — just something to keep in mind before buying.

Here is my unbiased opinion. The product is great. I’ve wanted an Apple Watch Ultra for years, but could never justify the price. Well Apple did that thing, where your perfectly fine item just suddenly stops working, and I ended up here (series 7 Apple Watch mysteriously gave me a black screen while on my wrist and wouldn’t turn back on). I went with this option because it wasn’t too expensive and when you pay with your Discover Card, Amazon gives you dollar for dollar for your Discover points. Now back to the watch! I saw in these comments that some buyers received scratches on their purchases or third party associates, but mine came in excellent condition (which was the option I chose), and I believe the charger is OEM. But if they aren’t IDC, it’s not that big a deal, I use a doc anyway and the black band is very sleek looking. I don’t know about contacting the seller because so far so good, so I haven’t had a need to. The Ultra may be a little too big for my liking but again I’m coming from a series 7 watch, and if it is, I’ll just purchase the regular version in the bigger face size when the time comes. I’m still getting used to it. Hopefully this was helpful to someone out there. SB: if you are over analyzing the photo that I have attached, I put a screen protector on it and already scraped it at work, so it has nothing to do with the product I received one month ago.

I purchased this "Amazon Certified Refurbished" Apple Watch Ultra 2, but the actual condition upon receipt fell far short of my expectations. I offer the following points for your reference: Non-Original Accessories The charging cable is not an original Apple product; instead, it is a cheap third-party cable that charges slowly and overheats. The watch band is also not an official original; it has a very poor, cheap plastic texture, which significantly detracts from the wearing experience. Visible Scratches on the Device Body The watch body itself bears multiple scratches, and the watch face is also scuffed. I have highlighted these flaws in the accompanying photos; overall, the physical condition falls far short of the standards expected for a "refurbished" product. Warranty Status and Battery Health Upon checking, I discovered that the warranty has already expired. It shows an expiration date of October 30, 2025, which implies that this unit was actually activated and put into use in October 2024—meaning it had already been used for over a year by the time it reached my hands. The battery health is a mere 91%. Even after disabling background app refresh, noise detection, and hand-washing detection, and setting the screen brightness to the absolute minimum, the device still barely manages to last a day and a half; essentially, it requires charging once a day without fail. In summary, this refurbished product suffers from significant issues regarding its accessories, physical appearance, and battery longevity. It falls far short of the quality standards expected of an "Amazon Certified Refurbished" item, and I do not recommend it.
