Worked fine according to trani mechanic and it can stay in vehicle without causing any problems. This replaced a cap.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Dip stick was too short even though the specs indicated that it fit the 2017 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SV.Frustrated with the fitment, i wish someone would get it right and supply the right product for the intended vehicle. Was missing factory dipstick, good replacement for checking trans fluid level

Too short for 2022 Murano
Does not work for 2022 Nissan Murano 3.5l. Unit is too short. Needs to be @26" and this is only 21"
