Like a big Frozen popcicle for your body.
Low cost way to mending sore muscles. Be careful - you can freeze your skin as the ice is directly on your skin. But, very effective and easy to hold on to.

Massage the Sore Area Without Freezing Your Hand
They use these where I went for physical therapy for tennis elbow. I bought a couple for home use.The two things I like about the device the most is that 1) You can grasp the handle and ice down the sore area (elbow and forearm in my case) without freezing your hand and 2) You can ice the area down without feeling like you are freezing it since you are moving the ice over the sore area instead of just placing the ice on it.The only possible negative I can think of is the fact that the ice leaves a puddle of water as it melts. I place a towel under my arm as I ice it down so it is not a problem for me.I posted a couple of pictures above that show what the device looks like with ice.
