Aquafaba Powder 3.7oz, Organic, Egg/Egg-White Substitute, Vegan Meringue

Followed directions and product never whipped and created very little foam . Very disappointed.

I think the right temperature is the key to make frothy aquafaba. When I first made it, it was OK but not as foamy as I wanted. So, I checked the instructions once again. Following them exactly, I made sure the temperature was very hot. Then, I frothed the hot aquafaba for 2 min, and it turned foamy and creamy. It smelled a little like chickpeas but when I used it in the cake batter, it was fine and didn't smell like chickpeas at all.

Doesn't work at all for cocktails. Won't foam in a drink. Avoid this product for that purpose.

That this is a useless product. Can I give them minus stars for their product and their customer service???? No response from them after several emails. I've tried to make it work. Read and re-read instructions. Tried my hand held milk frother as suggested, SEVERAL TIMES, it did not whip into anything, tried my handheld mixer, nothing , just muck in a cup. Buy a can of chickpeas for aquafaba or look elsewhere. Whatever this powder is, it was expensive and useless.

Works well for my purpose.

This must just be chickpea flour, it does not whip up like aquafaba even after 10 minutes in the stand mixer on high speed
