I'm happy to find a item that works great. This one is absorbable within the body. Have not felt any weird side effects. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow. I will say I have notice a more energy and a good mood change. I always feel energized to do things. Definitely of good quality.

Opti-Folate (brand name) L-Methylfolate (a form of folate) is packaged nice and securely and it appears distributed by Carlyle Nutritionals (per the Supplement Facts Label see photos) which makes a host of various vitamins and nutritional supplement products - to include a line of L-Methylfolate. Folate (Vitamin B-9), without getting into a discussion about its merits, in the form of L-Methylfolate is considered bioavailable and easier for the body to absorb. They capsules are easy to swallow and don't break apart in so doing. They're not too large (see photos) and the pop-top lid is convenient. As always consult with your doctor and/or educate yourself regarding the pros/cons of taking anything. For myself, I take it because of some of the research regarding potential benefits for mood.
