Great product
Bought for my son who loves his new bed. Storage is good. Cupboard pulls out ok on carpet. Relatively easy to assemble, but definitely needs 2 people. Comes in 5 boxes, which need to be opened 5, 1, 2, 3, 4. Box 5 have all the fixings and assembly instructions. We ordered this on a Sunday, received a call from the seller Monday to arrange delivery, bed received with time slot allocated. Can not fault the buying process

Sturdy bed
It’s a two person job to build this but pretty straightforward. Instructions were all easy to follow and it went together well. Seems flimsy whilst building but sturdy as hell once it’s all together. Looks good too.

Looks nice put flimsy
Wardrobe broke in a week and the step drawers fold in after a few weeks, the edging came off after a few months. Not built to last better off going to ikea

Awful
Wood came already damaged but got rid of my kids bed so cracked on with it. She's a petite 12 year old and the moment she stood on the steps they broke. Thought maybe just one is dodgy, nope, another broke shortly after. Absolutely fuming. Waste of 9 hours of my time and £600. Tried contacting customer service, no response. Worst bed I've ever bought and abhorrent customer service Absolutely diagusted.

Good quality bed
Took us a while to build but instructions are easy to follow and it's a nice solid bed.

Great bed
My son loves his bed and it gives him more room , good service only thing I would say unless I’m being stupid the instructions seem to go back on it’s self so took longer to put it up , did have one problem which was sorted asap so thank u

Nightmare
I would love to meet the person who built this in two hours and shake his hand. It’s more like 5-7 hours. The finish isn’t great either for the price. It is however, sturdy. I wouldn’t recommend. There are others on the market that are much better.

A great space saver and hideaway for our teen!
Easy to assemble, all the screws etc came in labelled bags, instructions had clear pics. A screwdriver would suffice putting it together. My daughter loves the bed and the hidden step storage is fab! Money well spent. Only downside is the wood panel at the underneath of the wardrobe (attached to the wheels) is quite flimsy and has cracked already, we’ve managed to secure it for now and the wardrobe is still able to be used.
