Something you should know
Now before I start, I’m not bashing the seller or the creator of this product. I’m simply going to infor and educate those who would want to purchase this product. We all wanted to use these benders to bend copper pipes (me specifically as an HVAC tech bending the larger pipes 3/4” or 7/8”) The idea of these springs work, however because of the way the product has to be designed in order to be effective, it has severe limitations. * if you have even a single nick in your copper line, it changes the shape of the copper line slightly and the spring will not slide past that point. * If you are bending the copper tube or line set more than slightly, it is extremely difficult to remove the spring off of the pipe. Remember I’m not bashing the creator or seller, but due to these limitations it makes the product practically worthless and a giant waste of money. - Be warned
