Colon Cleanse Pills Body Detox

I am unorthodox how I take this product. I take one every day or every other day. I drink lots of water and also do take a pro and prebiotic. I often will skip a day just to give my colon a rest. I may be using this more as a way to keep myself regular however, I have felt that I have stayed on top of it and know when it needs to be taken. I have found this to be a way that it works well for me. It has not been harsh and only when I have not had enough water do I feel cramping. It does take sometimes a day before I see results. I have not felt bloating and I’m happy with this product.

I really like this product. It wasn't hard on my stomach however it did take it 2 days to kick in. But when it kicks in, it kicks in stay close to the toilet. The first time it kicks in drink plenty of water but they do actually work really great. I would have purchased another bottle. However the only thing that's dissatisfying me is less than a month. The price went up $4 or $5 more. I thought the whole point was to have something conveniently low priced but did its job. However, I understand people need to make their money. It would have been nice if it only went up $2 but it is what it is. I'm getting ready to try the other one with the ginger in it the next time I do a cleanse. But I do recommend keep in mind that some products are not for everybody regardless of their strength. There's a lot of people in the world that eat so much processed food that is just hard to have a bowel movement appropriately. But I do recommend try it out.

It works, maybe a little too much. I have only taken half the recommended dosage. Stay close to a bathroom.

This is a good laxative. The recommended 6 capsules a day was too strong for me. 4-5 was plenty to cause the big "D" & a sore back side. My worst complaint was the painful cramping it caused. But it definitely cleans you out for the duration of days you take it. Just be fully aware of all the consequences going into it. It didn't make me feel any better in the long run.

Just seemed to give me diarrhea and stomach cramps but I have a sensitive stomach

I took the first dose after lunch yesterday and didn’t feel anything off. Started thinking the pills were not gonna do anything. I hadn’t pooped in 2 days which isn’t normal, I usually spend time on the throne scrolling through IG after my coffee and successfully lose a lb. By dinner time I took another dose…nothing. This morning I woke up, took some more, had my coffee and felt something shift. I walked swiftly to the restroom and had my glorious moment. I felt such relief. No pain, totally fine. So at lunch I took another dose. That’s where things went wrong. I should have stopped while I was ahead because now I’m running to the bathroom every 45 mins, rushing my meeting calls and afraid to put anything in my mouth for fear that it will immediately fall through my rear. I’m not even sure what’s coming out anymore and am having memories of my last colonoscopy prep where I drank the “drink” and couldn’t even trust myself to keep pants on for fear that I wouldn’t get them off in time. This stuff works! However I advise that as soon as it does, STOP! Either way 10/10 recommend.

Please no that within a day or so you'll be using the bathroom back, to,back, to back, to back, and it doesn't leave u with cramps. Gotta keep the dude wipes handy, you will be frequent and it's crazy the price on it is so damn reasonable it should cost a little more! Lastly the other caviot it did not state was that after I did my 8 day cleanse because I couldn't make to 10, my stomach feels extremely smaller or it is, to the point I can no longer eat the healthier portions I used to gobble in. I feel like I had gastric, either that or I literally had parasites helping me with my previous appetite. For best results eat And drink every time u take them, don't eat anything after 7pm ever!!! while taking these, and exercise at least three times a week! I'm thankful I took the chance on given this a try!
