A milligram is 0.001 g, so weighing to 0.01 g means to the nearest 10 milligrams. Just multiply g by 1000 and you get milligrams

What calibration weights are needed to calibrate it?

200 grams. If you +follow instructions on the inside lid it will tell you its 200 g. I do not know if it can be changed. when I bought the scale ,I did as I proposed to you and got the 200 g weight and it works fine.
