I'll admit I wasn't looking forward to fitting this.The last time I fitted a window covering like this I was helping a friend put one on a shower screen, is was a flimsy sheet of silicon film that stretched in every direction under its own weight and constantly folded in on itself seemingly determined to stick to everything but the glass we wanted it on.This was very different.Whilst it is still a very thin film it's not prone to stretching nearly as much, nor does it constantly fold in on itself and even if it did as it's not actually sticky in any way it parts without a problem.Cutting to length is a simple matter of sharp scissors and trimming a sharp (preferably new) utility knife cutting at the edge of the frame with and squeegee following it right behind to help keep the film from lifting and spoiling the cut.Use plenty of water, the easier it is to slide around to position it the better, once you're happy it's where you need it simply squeeze out the water from the centre outwards and unless you push it around quite hard it will stay in place while you prepare to trim the sides.I used de-ionised bought water from a supermarket for about £1.50 as tap water can leave mineral residues and a small rubber window cleaning squeegee to push the water and air bubbles out from under the film.The entire process to cover a 60cm x 120cm window including cleaning the window, cutting to length installing the film and tidying up afterwards took a little over thirty minutes. It's not as opaque as I'd have liked but from a couple of feet no detail of a figure is really discernible so it's now safe to cross from my bathroom to the bedroom after a shower without wrapping in a towel.A good product that's easy to use for a fair price.

I have a full length window at the front of my house and this has added below waist privacy whilst still allowing light to shine through. Easy to apply but use copious amounts of slip liquid to get placement exactly right. Gives full privacy
