It took me. 15 minutes to open. Product is very good , would not purchase again. I’m going to back to regular refresh. Not worth the hassle.

They work great , but they are so hard to put in. The PF cap makes it very difficult to squeeze just one drop out. So I end up droping like 4 drops on my face.

Product seems to work well but the bottle is almost impossible to squeeze. I am a relatively strong male and I find the bottle a pain. They really need to change the packaging. I have never noticed any bad smells from the product like others have.

Love the drops. Love how easy they are to use. Definitely will buy these again!

I will not be buying this again especially from Amazon. The dispenser is problematic. You have to be able to tip your head way back and aim this directly over the center of your eye at the same time. It's like trying to hit the bullseye of a target unlike the previous bottles which allowed you to pull out your bottom eyelid and put a drop in. You can try that but odds are you will miss. And by the way, that’s the way my optometrist showed me to use eyedrops safely. And to make matters worse, squeezing the bottle is ridiculously difficult in order to get one drop to come out directly into the middle of the eye. It takes several attempts to get anything out. It seems the only way to get it to work is to continue to squeeze the bottle and wait for the drop. Good luck with that. No matter how good the solution is, it's no good if you can't get into your eye. They certainly didn't design this for handicapped people or seniors. Also it made my eyes feel dryer with a slight burning sensation which is most likely due to the fact it was probably spoiled. I rinsed my eyes out with an optical solution.

Getting ready to have cataract surgery and was told I have dry eyes. Refresh Tears are great to use, no preservatives to irritate your eyes.

This formulation is very weird. It smells gross and doesn’t make my eyes feel any better. Plus, the dropper mechanism is hard to control, and I end up with jobs all over my face.
