I used this cream during my pregnancy and I could definitely tell a difference in my sleep when I used it and when I did not. I would get Charlie’s horse cramps and my legs would be restless occasionally and when I used this cream, it helped a lot. It even helped me sleep a little better… because who actually gets great sleep when they are pregnant anyway? It also has a cooling feeling when putting it on, so feels great in the warmer months when you’re too hot at night.Now that I’m not pregnant, I still will use it on days when I did a leg workout to help with muscle recovery. And it still feels nice to put the cooling lotion on in the warm summer nights.

This cream has been on my nightstand for years. Once I am in bed I rub the cream all over my feet, heals, ankles and legs. It really helps the restless legs. My doctor has even approved it. Works great in helping me drift off to sleep.

I’m sure this works for some people, but didn’t help my husband’s leg cramps.
