I love this mill. it works wonders. grinds grain just perfectly.

Broke my kitchenaid
The first time I used it, I milled about 3 cups of grain-- running the grain through the mill twice. It was fine enough and my rolls turned out ok. But the second time I used it, after milling 4 cups of grain, it broke the gears on my kitchenaid mixer! Seems like some grain got stuck in the mill and it stripped the gears in my mixer.

Love the product
It’s a little noisy, does what it’s supposed to do. You just need to watch how hot your kitchen aid gets or you’ll burn up your motor!

Absolutely terrible
I bought this to mill gluten free grains and beans. I used it twice, making certain it wasn’t stuck due to human error (the first time). And nope, second time was just as terrible. The VERY dry beans were just stuck. I had to constantly rescue it, AND clean it out. Such a waste of money and time. Don’t buy it. Save your money and get an electric mill.

Very helpful customer service!
When I first received this mill, it wasn’t working properly. It took forever to mill even a little bit of flour. I almost returned it, but I felt like something was wrong with the machine, so I emailed the seller. They took the time to make and post 2 videos just for me that helped me solve my issue! One of the internal pieces had fallen out, and they showed me how to take it apart and I was able to fix it. They were very responsive and positive and helpful, and now my mill works wonderfully. Highly recommend!
