The hand mixer is equipped with a soft switch between the 6 speed stages. In order to avoid splashing, it is advisable to start the stirrer or kneading with stage 1. When the process is finished, the 'EJECT' key can be used to remove beaters or kneading hooks. The appliance must not be washed with water.
