Palmland Classic 2 Pocket Solid Banded Bottom Polo Shirt

It has become near impossible to buy a polo shirt with pockets, let alone a tailored collar with stays, Palmand is one of the few brands on the market that offer them as standard. Before I retired a few years ago, I was a director the oversaw the entire maintenance, housekeeping, safety, all new and improvement projects/construction of a medical complex with 16 different facilities. Thus, I was often out with my maintenance personnel when they were repairing an item, then had to go to a meeting requiring a shirt, tie and sports jacket. These shirts can be buttoned up, put on a tie, slip on your sports jacket and be right at home with a business executive meeting. These shirt, and a brand no longer made, were just right to fit the bill. Your average polo shirts don't have collar stays or will a tie look proper with them, and I always kept a pen in my pocket to keep notes, again, something not often found in polo shirts. These look good, are wash and wear, and last for years, and maintain good looks in doing so.

Great fit, very good looking and extremely comfortable. Many banded bottom shirts have poor elasticity. Within a couple of washings the elasticity disappears, now you got a tunic of sorts. Not Palmland though.There is enough elasticity to last through many washings. Reasonably priced too.

One of my all time favorite pull over shirts with two pockets, the Palmland classic has changed for the worse. The fabric is thinner and lighter, does not shed wrinkles and are not as comfortable as before. They look and feel cheaper, as though they are a knock-off from a different source. Very sad.

Like these shirts. Good quality and fit and very good looking.

They fit well, they look nice, they have 2 pockets so I have one for glasses and one for fon. But I am not going to review each one. I like the colors that's why I chose them. The shirts are otherwise all the same.

I like banded at the bottom, solid-color, two-pocket polo shirts but these are rare. Here I found the shirt, bought it and had it 2 days later. Now I don't take it off and ordered 5 more. Thanks, guys!

For years I have used this type of shirt when not at work. It is not easy to find them with two pockets. I have some that I used for years and even that they held very well finally they need replacement. I searched for them and have purchased from other sources to find out that even that they had two pockets, the material was not what I wanted. Then, I saw Palmland and bought one to test, I liked it and it was ok after washing and letting it hang to dry. Then, I bought more. I ordered Xlarge because I like them to be comfortable. My suggestion is buy one, try it, wash it and if you like it then order more.
