Fantastic buy!!!!!!
Soooooooooo love this machine I’m been embroidering up a storm 14 tshirts and counting! Great price adjustable speeds. I did have needle and thread issues but that’s because I am new to this quality is great and not too noisy.

Easy to use.
My first projects were small months o the year. They stitched out beautifully. I have had Janome Embroidery machines since they first came out and would not buy any other brand. I have worn out several of them. Great machines!.

You have to pay to ship for repairs
Mother board went out after 4 months. Then had to pay 250.00 to ship out for repair. Otherwise was a great machine.

Don’t buy won’t get any help with issues
Since bought I have nothing but problems. After trying to return was told to contact janomie. It’s now Almost begging of MARCH and still no help. I would not recommend you buy this product I’ve not yet to complete one design perfectly without a mess up.

So far this has been a treat to have I embroidered on it a name on a key fob that I'm creating and it turned out really cute

Needle threader does not work.
Sending the machine back. Trial embroidery samples sewed up nicely. The needle threader does not work consistently -making a big issue for multiple thread color changes. Thread issue also with breakage. Unfortunate because the hoop size makes this machine a good deal and I like the way the hoop attaches to the embriodery arm.
